What is the premise of the game? 

The world has been ravaged by the outbreak of the Mosh. They’re humans who have undergone a series of injections that turn them into a advanced sleep agent. Once activated they either do their task or destroy anything that moves before reverting to an locked state. Our protagonist Knight is someone who had undergone the procedure who will wake up to a world on the brink of extinction with only one goal to find the individual who murdered his love.

What genre does the game belong to? 

The game is a horror first person shooter which has puzzles and different documents to find both written text and audio entries, some will be to do with the story of Z but others will be short stories based around songs from Hurt Records and J.I. Jones’ own material.

How do I download and install the game? 

The game will be available to download on Gamejolt.

What platforms is the game available on? 

Due to the version of the engine we’re using, its going to be PC only. (Mac possible)

Is the game free or are there any in-game purchases? 

Free unless things change in future but there will never be in-game purchases.

How many levels does the game have? 

At the moment only 6 levels, 3 big levels, 3 smaller levels but that’s the demo as there will be more updates coming soon. 

What is the goal of the game? 

This is J.I. Jones’ debut game, players will embark on a cinematic and epic journey that acknowledges the continued legacy of Hurt Records, while paying tribute to PTG, Benn’s past projects, and the fan story that Jones has crafted to intertwine with Z. This immersive experience aims to unravel the mysteries within the Z storyline, filling gaps in its enigmatic lore and contributing to its expansion. Throughout the game, you’ll uncover crucial elements of this fan story. As you delve deeper, remember this: don’t be surprised if some things that were once hidden choose to reveal themselves in ways you’d never expect.

What is the loops? 

Throughout the development process, the Manor level underwent a series of constant changes. Originally, these alterations were not part of the storyline but were the result of numerous attempts to perfect the concept. However, as development progressed, an innovative idea emerged: to incorporate the different stages of the released previews into the narrative itself.

In our storyline, the protagonist is ensnared within his own mind, caught in a relentless cycle of loops. With each demise, his consciousness transforms the Manor, either by reshaping its structure, expanding its boundaries, or both. These recurring loops now serve as a reflection of the various stages of development, all while keeping him imprisoned within the labyrinth of his own psyche.

When you play the demo, you’ll find yourself in the third loop of this perplexing narrative, which now incorporates elements from the previously released previews. Assisted by external forces, you’ll embark on a quest to escape from the ever-changing Manor and reclaim your consciousness. Yet, the question of whether you’ll be in control or under the sway of another entity looms as an enigma.
